She is an attorney qualified to practice before the Supreme Court of Cassation and has been a member of the Rome Bar Association since 1996.

Manuela is an expert in international business law and government relations, particularly in the energy and infrastructure sectors, as well as in the internationalization of companies, a field in which she has worked since the beginning of her professional career.

She rejoined the firm as a co-owner in 2003, having previously been Legal Country Coordinator for Italy at General Electric Co., Power Systems Division, and Senior Counsel at GE Oil & Gas Nuovo Pignone, where she was responsible for a very wide range of projects in the energy sector worldwide with major international operators, including upstream, midstream and downstream activities.

In the course of her broad and diversified professional experience in Italy and abroad, she has dedicated herself to assisting and advising corporate clients in internationalization strategies and transnational investments. She has also specialized in commercial and bankruptcy litigation for Italian and international clients.

Formerly a member of the Scientific Committee and lecturer of the Master in Joint Energy and Environment Management in Italy and the Mediterranean Area at Link Campus University, she has regularly been lecturing for many years at various Italian and foreign academic institutions.

In addition to her practice at the firm, Manuela is President of the Italy-Azerbaijan Chamber of Commerce and serves on the Board of Directors of the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Foundation Italy and the IWF International Women's Forum Italy.
