Founder of the firm, he has been a member of the Rome Bar since 1969 and qualified to practice before the Supreme Court of Cassation since 1984.

One of the earliest proponents of corporate law and a pioneer in international joint ventures, he has made a name for himself over the course of his long career at the Courts of Rome and Milan, as well as at the Higher Courts and the Tribunal of Ministers, above all for his qualities as a litigator, having successfully represented public administrations and large private groups before a number of courts on particularly complex issues, with defenses often characterized by innovative theses that have since become case law, including in the United Sections.

He is a consultant and trusted advisor to leading business families, including corporate and estate planning and generational transfer.

His main areas of specialization are civil and commercial law, civil, corporate, bankruptcy and tax litigation, corporate and financial criminal law, and administrative law.
